Information you choose to provide

When you open the booking calendar or send an enquiry, you may provide your name, work email, company details, scheduling preferences, and a description of the workflow you want to discuss. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive data.

Website chat

The site may use Crisp to provide website chat. Crisp may receive your message, browser and device information, the pages you view, and cookies or similar identifiers needed to keep the conversation available in your browser. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive data in chat. Review the Crisp privacy policy before sending a message.

Booking calendar

The calendar is loaded only after you choose to open it. Booking is provided by Cal.com, which receives the information needed to arrange the meeting and may place its own cookies or use similar technology. Review the Cal.com privacy policy before submitting a booking.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Saffron uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate visits and website performance. These services are designed to operate without advertising cookies or cross site tracking. Hosting systems may also retain short lived security and diagnostic logs.

If you allow it, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure visits, page use, booking calendar clicks, and completed bookings. If you separately allow advertising measurement, Google Ads may use a completed booking to attribute an advertisement. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Saffron does not send names, email addresses, booking identifiers, booking notes, or appointment details in these measurement events.

Your optional choices are stored in this browser. Use Privacy choices in the website footer to change or withdraw them. Withdrawing a previously granted category removes accessible Google measurement cookies and reloads the page so the relevant tags remain off.

How information is used

Service providers and international processing

Retention and your choices

Enquiry and booking information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, service administration, security, and applicable legal records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, subject to legal requirements and legitimate record keeping needs.

Google Analytics event level data is configured for a 14 month retention period. Aggregate reports may remain available for longer. Google and Vercel apply their own documented retention and deletion rules to information they process as service providers.
