Turn messy operations into software you own.

The work your team does by hand between disconnected tools becomes one internal system. Built continuously for $4,999 a month. You own it.

Unlimited requests. One build at a time, so each one ships.

Your tools work. Your workflow does not.

Information lives in too many places. People copy it by hand. Follow-ups get missed, records disagree, and reporting never quite matches.

How much of the year does one task take?

Pick a task. Nothing to type.

Which task?
How much of each person's week does it take?

How many people do it?

2people

37working days a year

Every Friday until the middle of October.

That's about $11,040 of paid time a year.

Counting "a few hours" as 3 hours a week per person: 46 weeks, 7.5-hour days, about $40 an hour.

That is one task. How many others look like this?

One software partner for the systems your business is missing.

The work is the same shape everywhere: approvals, handoffs, chasing, and reporting that people move by hand. Three examples of what that becomes.

Logistics and freight

Every shipment, status, and handoff in one system.

  • A property manager handing keys to a tenant on the walkway of a block of flats

    Property management

Renewals, maintenance, and tenant records that run themselves.

  • A finance manager at month end holding an invoice up to the light beside a ledger and invoice stacks

    Finance operations

Invoices matched, records reconciled, reports ready.

A different industry? Same shape, built around how your operation runs.

  2. Step 2

Add requests any time. We build the one you rank highest.

  3. Step 3

    We build and ship

Design, build, integrate, and ship it into daily use.

  4. Step 4

    Improve it every month

New workflows and automation as the business changes.

The workflow that eats the most time is the place to start.

Who builds it.

Saffron is founder-led with a small team. The person who hears your workflow on the call stays involved in building it, so nothing is lost in a handover.

Building one thing at a time is what keeps that possible.

One subscription. An evolving internal software system.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is Saffron another SaaS product?

No. There is no shared product you log into. Saffron builds custom internal software around your workflow, and the finished system belongs to you.

What does unlimited requests mean if only one is active?

Submit as many requests as you like, whenever you like. They queue, and we build them one at a time in the order you set. Each build gets full attention until it ships, and you can reorder the queue at any point.

What kinds of workflows can Saffron automate?

Work your team runs by hand across several tools: onboarding, renewals, document processing, reconciliation, reporting, email handling, and record keeping. AI can classify information, read documents, draft communication, update records, and flag anything unusual.

Can a person approve actions before AI continues?

Yes. Important decisions stay behind a review step, so someone signs off before the system sends, updates, or commits anything that matters.

Do we own the software, and what happens if we stop?

You own the application, the database, and the source code. If you stop the subscription, everything built so far stays with your business and keeps running.

Does company size matter?

No. Saffron works for a one-person business and for a team of two hundred. What matters is the work: recurring operations spread across several tools, with time going into copying and checking.

What does the first month look like?

You walk us through one workflow. Together we pick the first priority, then we design and build it while you review as it takes shape. New requests can join the queue from day one.

How is this different from a software agency?

An agency scopes and quotes each project separately. Saffron works like an internal team on subscription: requests come in continuously, and the system keeps improving.
